That’s why, we provide leverage to our customers with a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return & Refund Process

Reach to our Contact Us section or write an e-mail to team@gemsdeals.com.au for return and refund assistance. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns for up to 30 days after the date when item was shipped and received on the shipping address.

  • The items should be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (Packaging box including wrapping materials) with complete labels.
  • You can return your order for exchange or store credits
  • The shipping cost will not be refunded in change of mind returns
  • Change of mind returns aren’t acceptable on Food items, beverages, treats, gift cards, and any other edible items for humans or for your pets.

Damages and Issues

If you received faulty item, damaged, broken, didn’t worked as was intended to, or not identical to the images on the product page. You can initiate returns and refund of complete amount. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What Happens If a Delivery Can’t Be Completed?

At Gems Deal, we strive to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. However, if the courier is unable to deliver your package because no one is available to receive it and it’s unsafe to leave unattended, here’s what you can expect:

  • The courier will attempt to deliver your package to your address.
  • If delivery isn’t possible, the package will be held at the courier’s designated pickup point for a specified period.
  • If the package is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to us.

In such cases, we’ll issue a refund for the product amount once the item is returned to us. Please note, however, that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When You’ll Get Refund

We aim to make the refund process as smooth as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, we’ll process it back to your original payment method within 10 business days or according to your payment provider’s policies.

Important Note: Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
